Project Background
The customer is a biotechnology company in Guangzhou. The project site integrates production line, storage and inspection. Normal temperature, 0 ℃ and - 25 ℃ multi temperature areas coexist and are distributed in three floors. The plant environment is complex and personnel flow is frequent. It puts forward high demand for fast and accurate intelligent logistics distribution and logistics upgrading of intelligent factory.
Through field investigation, ant robot learned that the logistics link of the plant involves three floors, covering storage area, packaging area, unpacking area, detection area, cold storage area and dozens of connection points. The operation process includes loading and unloading, elevator docking, palletizing, etc. their logistics links are manual operation, and the degree of automation and informatization is low.
In order to quickly realize the flexible turnover demand in the complex road network of floor switching, dozens of material rack handling and low-temperature distribution, ant robot provides customers with latent lifting AGV and supporting logistics solutions, and customized dozens of plum blossom pile connection positions, dispatching system, charging pile and other supporting facilities for customers on site, The flexible handling of materials is realized through multi machine cooperation across floors and temperature zones, which improves the accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness of logistics distribution in the plant.
Cross Floor Dispatching And Elevator Docking
The ant RCS scheduling system based on independent research and development can not only schedule AGV to connect with external equipment such as elevator door, lifting door and fast door, but also stack in quantity.
Multi machine cooperation across floors not only puts forward higher requirements for the scheduling system, but also means that ant robot has strong communication ability, environmental adaptability and perception ability.
Narrow passage and smooth lifting
The docking channel between ant AGV and plum blossom pile connecting platform is narrow, with only 5mm on the left and right sides. The docking is accurate and the lifting is stable, so as to realize efficient handling and save site area for customers.
Autonomous charging priority
After the task is completed, the ant AGV will automatically return to the rest point for standby or enter the charging area for charging. If the power is less than 30%, the AGV will give priority to the task. After completing the current task, it will return to the charging area for charging independently without manual participation in the whole process.
