The project is divided into production area, transfer area, and packaging area. In the shelf storage area, the shelves reach up to 14 levels. The project deployed LOGIANT’s material box CTU, Latent AGV, RCS scheduling system, PCS equipment control system, and WMS warehouse management system. These devices work together to automate the entire process from inbound, storage, picking, to outbound, efficiently and accurately completing the handling and storage of empty material boxes, semi-finished products, raw materials, finished products, and inbound/outbound goods, creating a smart logistics centre integrating automation, informatization, and digitalisation.
