A charging brush plate is installed on the AGV, and a charging pile is installed on the ground of the charging station. After the monitored power is lower than a certain threshold during the operation of the AGV, it will automatically select the charging path to run to the charging station. The AGV starts charging after signal interaction with the charging management system through the wireless network. When the charging power reaches the set value, the current decreases, and the charging machine stops working. After the charging is completed, the charging station will disconnect the charging switch and notify the AGV intelligent management system.
During the charging process, the AGV uploads the charging status to the traffic management system in real-time.
