Intelligent logistics project of the whole process of automobile assembly process
In recent years, under the general trend of digitalization, lightweight and intellectualization of manufacturing industry, as an automobile manufacturing industry with high automation rate and high degree of standardization, it is also seeking intelligent assembly solutions to comprehensively improve assembly efficiency and ensure production quality.
Based on the actual production needs of Foton automobile, ant robot introduces four models: interior line + integrated line AMR, front suspension and motor sub assembly and installation AMR, battery sub assembly and installation AMR, rear suspension sub assembly and installation AMR in the transformation and upgrading of the project. Through docking with EMS, ant robot realizes the relay and transportation of products between different assembly units and the connection and circulation of parts with tooling as the carrier, so as to realize safe and stable uninterrupted operation, Meet the needs of users and improve production efficiency to the greatest extent.

Large load, safer
The ant robot has introduced 6 2T two-way knapsack AMRS and 3 1t one-way knapsack lifting AMRS to meet the needs of heavy equipment handling in automobile manufacturing scenes. At the same time, the laser obstacle avoidance sensor, safety touch sensor, emergency stop button and the secondary protection system formed through the collision avoidance protection of RCS system can also calmly deal with the complex workshop environment with compact production pace and large potential safety hazards.

Rapid deployment and easy implementation
Before the transformation of the project, there was a plate chain line with a large amount of construction. Assembly through this mode is relatively simple. The assembly scheme introduced by ant robot has simple deployment, flexible production, laying magnetic strips on the ground, matching RFID, good system stability, automatic track search function and laser obstacle detection, which is suitable for flexible production in the automotive industry.

Multi vehicle coordination and relay operation
Ant RCS scheduling system can realize the task allocation, scheduling and operation maintenance of all robots in the operation scene, and convert the production line operation map into the model data that can be recognized by the robot, so as to realize multi vehicle cooperation, multi task allocation and optimal path planning.
RCS can also connect with the user's Warehouse Management System WMS and seamlessly switch the whole production line to meet the needs of intelligent material handling and lean production management.
