In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for unmanned outdoor transportation. However, due to the complex and ever-changing work scenarios and extremely harsh natural conditions, there are still many challenges in outdoor unmanned driving technology. Many outdoor and semi outdoor scenarios still rely mainly on manual forklift operation in loading and unloading, transportation, and distribution, resulting in high operating costs and significant safety risks.

As a guide for indoor and outdoor full scene mobile robots, LOGIANT has launched a self-developed and CE certified L4 level unmanned tractor T50-H based on research and innovation in autonomous driving technology. It is mainly used in indoor and outdoor transportation scenarios such as parks, workshops, warehouses, and distribution centers. It independently completes unmanned operations such as loading and unloading, distribution, and transportation. Through precise route planning, it achieves autonomous driving and navigation positioning in indoor and outdoor variable scenes.

L4 level autonomous driving core technology

The LOGIANT Autonomous Driving Tractor adopts the independently developed L4 level autonomous driving core algorithm, which achieves precise detection and tracking of obstacles through multimodal fusion perception technology of LiDAR and vision. The multi-sensor fusion positioning technology of LiDAR, IMU, and wheel speed meter completely eliminates combined navigation or RTK, avoiding multipath interference in park scenes and providing stable and continuous real-time high-precision positioning for vehicle operation.

Continuous indoor and outdoor operations

Through intelligent interactive decision-making and spatiotemporal joint planning algorithms, LOGIANT unmanned tractor can flexibly handle various unexpected situations, achieve autonomous navigation, obstacle avoidance, and fault self inspection in enclosed parks, have strong anti-interference ability, can adapt to various extreme weather conditions, achieve continuous indoor and outdoor operations, and meet the needs of all-weather unmanned operation.

Multi vehicle collaboration

Faced with complex outdoor environments, ant robots rely on a deep understanding of customer needs, link customer on-site equipment, and achieve functions such as multi vehicle collaboration, traffic control, and docking with third-party devices through indoor and outdoor collaborative management scheduling and flexible regulation. Combined with multi-sensor real-time fusion navigation and positioning technology and algorithms, they can flexibly switch between diverse and complex scenes.

The outdoor environment is usually accompanied by extreme weather conditions such as rain, snow, haze, mixed traffic of people and vehicles, and stacking of goods. Ant robots have designed multiple safeguards in terms of safety, achieving multiple safety protection from the vehicle end, road end, and cloud end. Combined with fusion perception planning and decision-making algorithms, they achieve 7 * 24 hour safety and stability.

We have obtained the Rheinland CE certification, which is recognized by the European Union as an admission certification, proving the reliable safety performance of the Ant autonomous tractor. The overall safety performance complies with EU regulations, and our safety technology capabilities have reached the international advanced level.

High precision positioning

The Ant Autonomous Tractor adopts a fusion positioning technology of LiDAR+IMU+wheel speed sensor, with a positioning accuracy of ± 5cm; Rated traction weight of 5 tons, with a maximum operating speed of 10km/h; Adopting EPS electric power steering, the steering is flexible and can switch between automatic/manual modes with just one click; The quick release design is easier to inspect and maintain; The vehicle can tow 5 pallets of goods at once and has an automatic unhooking function, completing the entire process of autonomous handling.

Ant autonomous tractor has broken through technical pain points such as "indoor and outdoor handling", "multi vehicle collaboration", "extreme weather in rain, snow, and fog", and "automatic lifting hooks". Combined with complex scene solutions accumulated in the industry, it efficiently responds to the challenges of diverse scene changes through high standard product and service capabilities.

Rapid delivery

The vehicle adopts a modular design, which is ready to use out of the box without the need for environmental modifications. At the same time, LOGIANT standardizes mass production of products, based on maximizing product cost control, achieving rapid deployment, convenient operation, and efficient delivery.

LOGIANT has always focused on the research and application innovation of indoor and outdoor autonomous mobile robot technology, based on the ability of full stack and full scene coverage, closely following market trends, quickly responding to customer needs, and providing intelligent manufacturing support for the development and upgrading of the smart logistics industry.
