The customer is a large modern enterprise that produces wires and cables. As a leader in the industry, the customer is constantly accelerating industrial technology upgrades and working together with LOGIANT to create a flexible automation benchmark intelligent factory. In response to the special characteristics of the product and the complexity of the handling scenario, we have introduced electric cable industry specialized machines - double string balanced weight AMR, heavy-duty AMR, and auxiliary material handling AMR, achieving efficient and smooth logistics in all aspects from raw material warehousing, production line handling, tray transportation to automated outbound, ensuring higher quality production.
Project difficulties
This project is directly connected to the customer's equipment, with a wide range of equipment types, covering multiple domestic and imported wire drawing and twisting machines. It requires the completion of automated logistics transportation for wire drawing, twisting, and cross-linking; There are many loading and unloading nodes, small space, and multiple storage locations on site, and the level of automation and production safety is relatively low due to the mixed operation of humans and machines; The materials being transported are mostly special scroll materials, with a variety of scroll specifications, varying sizes, heights, and weights. They are mostly irregular I-shaped wheel discs, which need to be customized according to the disc tools and require sockets. The docking accuracy requirements are relatively high.
Plan Introduction
LOGIANT has deployed laser SLAM+customized power cable industry specific aircraft, combined with WCS, WMS, and RCS software systems, to comprehensively upgrade and transform the factory. In the drawing and twisting production workshop, achieve automatic and continuous production of each drawing and twisting equipment; The cross-linking workshop is equipped with eight ton heavy-duty AMR with multiple sensors to ensure successful docking. The RFID positioning device achieves precise docking of two types of plates with the cross-linked gantry, completing the intelligent transportation task of heavy weight safety and stability; In the auxiliary material handling process, the transportation and distribution of pallets and auxiliary materials adopt a manual material call+AMR distribution mode. The upper system automatically calls for distribution based on production progress. AMR docking automation equipment replaces most forklifts and handling employees, reducing the labor intensity of staff, improving logistics turnover efficiency and digital management level. After the plan is launched, the production capacity of the intelligent factory is greatly improved.
The double string pole balance weight AMR is a cable industry specific aircraft customized for customer needs, equipped with laser SLAM navigation and double string poles. It can handle two rolls of the same specifications of reel materials at once, or switch to a single pole with a lifting height of 3 meters. Combined with RFID positioning devices, it achieves high-precision and high load autonomous handling.
Multi process node job
LOGIANT's self-developed WMS, RCS, and WCS software systems, combined with multiple types of AMRs, create a more intelligent internal logistics system that meets the different distribution needs of different types of materials. The entire process is automated and tasks are executed. Through cloud data and intelligent terminal operations, flexible and lean operations of internal logistics are achieved.
5G full scene coverage
