The client is a leading listed company in the home furnishings industry, focusing on research, development, production, and sales of customized home furnishings for restaurants, bedrooms, and whole homes. Our business covers more than 120 countries and regions worldwide. In order to improve the intelligence level of logistics in the factory, the customer has deployed an ant robot fully automatic handling system in the intelligent warehouse distribution center of Hengshui Base in Hebei Province, improving the picking and temporary storage in front of the three-dimensional warehouse, significantly reducing labor costs, and saving an average of nearly one million yuan annually.
Pain points and challenges
The industry's materials are large in volume, heavy in weight, diverse in variety, with high handling intensity, and pose certain safety hazards.
The difficulty of transportation is high, and the materials being transported are mostly irregular parts. During the transportation process, there is a risk of tipping due to the shift of the center of gravity.
The docking process is complex, covering line edge caching and picking table docking, requiring completion of empty full exchange and half pallet return to the warehouse.

It realizes full automation in logistics processes such as warehouse goods outbound, picking and handling, empty pallet turnover, conveyor line connection, and platform docking, ensuring smooth logistics and information flow, and providing support for the precise and efficient operation of the smart warehouse distribution center.

29 hidden lifting AMRs are linked, and through 7 * 24 hours of uninterrupted work, the handling efficiency is increased by about twice, achieving overall automation and less manual operation.

From technical proposal demonstration, to equipment entry, installation and commissioning, as well as joint testing and acceptance, all aspects took only over 4 months. By providing high-quality services from the customer's perspective, we achieved efficient and smooth project acceptance.
