In the past two years, the demand for heavy-duty AGVs in various industries has been continuously increasing, and with the increase of load capacity, heavy-duty mobile robots require higher technical conditions and supporting facilities, resulting in higher R&D and production barriers. In order to promote the standardized development and deepening application of the heavy-duty mobile robot industry, LOGIANT, under the organization of the CMR Industry Alliance, has jointly studied and drafted the "Technical Specification for Industrial Application Mobile Robot Overloading" with leading enterprises in the industry.
This specification specifies the terms and definitions, classification, models and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, random documents, packaging, transportation and storage of heavy-duty mobile robots, and is applicable to the design, manufacturing, and inspection of heavy-duty industrial mobile robots with a rated load capacity of 10t and above.
As one of the drafting units of the overload group standard, LOGIANT actively provides professional technical and experiential output for the formulation of the standard. This standard has laid a good regulatory foundation for heavy-duty AGVs and also marks Ant Robot's leading position in the field of heavy-duty products.
With years of profound technological accumulation and a deep understanding of logistics technology, LOGIANT has launched outdoor tractors with a load capacity of 5-30 tons and heavy-duty AMRs with a load capacity of 10-80 tons. They can also be customized according to the needs of different industry scenarios. Their driving mode, navigation accuracy, collision prevention devices, etc. have reached the advanced level in the industry, suitable for industries such as aerospace, military, automotive, new energy, home appliances, as well as indoor and outdoor scenes in parks, ports, etc. Currently, multiple projects have been landing in the fields of engineering machinery and automotive manufacturing.
In the future, heavy-duty mobile robots will develop towards a more flexible and intelligent direction, while constantly challenging greater bicycle load capacity. In order to better respond to market demand, LOGIANTcontinues to promote innovation in heavy-duty technology and products, making deep efforts to meet the needs of each market segment, and leading the application of heavy-duty AGVs in more industries and scenarios.
