It can also connect with various mainstream RCS and perform unified management, while supporting the reuse of robots to ensure efficient collaborative work of all equipment. After extensive project practice, the use of  LOGIANT LCS mobile robot hybrid scheduling platform has significantly improved the overall operational efficiency of customers and achieved the maximum utilization of robot resources.



Under the guidance of the goals of "peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality", China's new energy vehicle industry has shown a good situation of both scale and quality improvement. In recent years, new energy vehicle companies have also experienced explosive growth, with an increasing demand for personalized products and a rapidly iterating market pattern, accelerating the intelligent manufacturing transformation of the automotive industry.

The customer is a leading enterprise in the field of new energy vehicles, and their electric drive factory located in Yuhua District, Changsha is facing problems such as fast production pace, high transportation frequency, limited site space, and capacity expansion.

  LOGIANT has partnered with this top new energy vehicle factory to successfully deploy a full scenario, one stack intelligent logistics solution, which automates the entire process of raw material supply, warehousing, storage, outbound, and distribution. At the same time, it achieves digital and information-based management of production line feeding, transportation, and finished product turnover warehouses.

Overview of the Plan


Due to the complex requirements of this project, the environment and production line requirements vary in different regions, and the customer has specific requirements for multiple brands of AGVs in the project. The project introduces the  LOGIANT LCS mobile robot hybrid scheduling platform and more than 20 mobile robots of different brands, models, and navigation methods, including:

The  LOGIANT LCS mobile robot mixed field scheduling platform uses intelligent scheduling algorithms to achieve efficient operations in various storage areas and production lines. The upper layer is connected to the customer's MES and WMS systems to receive handling tasks issued by the system. A system schedules multiple types of robots to work collaboratively between different production lines and warehouse vehicles, with internal data exchange, creating a one-stop intelligent logistics for production and warehousing, meeting the production and warehousing needs of multiple vehicle models, large quantities, and high rhythms.
