Last year, Ant Robotics collaborated with Foton Automobile for the first time to create a fully process flexible, automated, and intelligent logistics factory through intelligent manufacturing solutions (see "Case Sharing | Ant Robotics Helps BAIC Foton Automobile Improve Automation Productivity Again"). After the project was delivered, the second phase of the upgrade and transformation cooperation was immediately reached, and it was successfully delivered again.

Ant Robotics has created a full process, highly flexible overall solution by deploying robot clusters. The solution introduces six 2T bidirectional backpack AMRs, which, in conjunction with the Ant RCS scheduling system, connect customer MES business systems and on-site supporting equipment to achieve automated transportation and circulation of raw materials, work in progress, and finished products in various links such as the final assembly workshop.

The second phase of the project has been officially launched and put into operation. Multiple customized Ant AMRs collaborate in an orderly manner, intelligently transport according to production rhythm, connect the RCS system with the upper level MES system, achieve full traceability of production information for each component, connect the entire workshop process, improve factory operation efficiency and intelligent manufacturing information management level, achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase, and accelerate digital upgrading.

After the smooth delivery of the first and second phases of the project, the flexible manufacturing and agile manufacturing capabilities of the production line have been enhanced, and 360 ° obstacle avoidance has significantly improved the safety of the factory area. One click material transportation has reduced costs and increased efficiency. The stable and reliable technology and services of Ant Robot enable the project to see real and visible returns. In the second half of this year, Ant Robot and Foton Motors teamed up for the third time to jointly promote the intelligent manufacturing transformation of the third phase project.
