In the energy supply and demand structure of our country, the shortage of oil supply is more prominent. The development of old oil fields has entered a "dual high" stage of high water content and high recovery, with increasing difficulty in development and production costs. This puts forward higher requirements for China's oil extraction service industry, and the demand for intelligent upgrading of the oil field service industry is becoming increasingly evident.
The client is a certain oilfield service company that has been transitioning towards green and intelligent development, striving to consolidate the company's high-quality and sustainable development. With the growth of enterprise production capacity, there is a higher demand for intelligent logistics distribution and upgrading of intelligent factory logistics. Project background
This project is connected to the assembly and testing production line of marine seismic acquisition equipment. The original factory logistics design was very complex, with a high error rate and unstable response speed. In addition, traditional manual handling cannot meet the operational needs of internal raw material handling in factories, and the project site involves multiple handling points. The entire project needs to achieve automatic handling of raw materials and the recovery of empty pallets to designated areas.
Solution
The flexible intelligent handling solution of Ant Robot's "Stacking Height Unmanned Forklift FDD14+RCS Scheduling System" has been introduced. When the robot's offline workstation is full, AMR automatically picks up the pallets and places them on the shelves. After the charging test is completed, the cable joints on the shelves are sorted out, and the pallet storage location information is specified. AMR is called to transport the pallets to the designated location, achieving lightweight deployment in complex scenes, flexible task issuance, optimal path planning, connecting the entire logistics, information flow, and decision flow, effectively managing material and inventory information.
